Ann joined the Physical Therapy Program in 2000. Ann has worked in a variety of professional fields including graphic arts/printing design, banking, the Dean’s office at Farmingdale University, and other businesses in the private sector. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Office Information Systems from Pace University, New York City.

In the Physical Therapy Program, Ann is the administrative liaison for faculty and students on the Stony Brook campus. As the Assistant to the Chair, Ann’s typical day involves providing academic advising to prospective physical therapy students to prepare them for admission, and multi-tasking the many aspects of PT Program.   Additionally, Ann coordinates administrative processes for new student orientation, graduation, and admissions. With her diverse business background, Ann has developed most of the databases and forms for classroom schedules, recordkeeping, and statistical analysis of information necessary to keep information accurate and flowing within the Physical Therapy Program.

Ann serves on the both the Physical Therapy Program and School of Technology and Management Admissions committees. She is also the Administrative Manager of the PTCAS (Physical Therapy Combined Application System) admissions system.  She is an expert at troubleshooting any set-up or problems that may occur throughout the admissions cycle. Ann formerly served on the PTCAS Advisory Committee.
