(Community Access to Riverhead E-Health) First Baptist Church of Riverhead, NY:  Funded by the Kellogg Foundation (Amount Awarded: $197K) A partnership of the First Baptist Church of Riverhead (lead partner) with Stony Brook University, School of Health Technology and Management, and United Comprehensive Care in collaboration with Peconic Bay Medical Center and the Federation of Organizations: Senior Companion Program.
