Shabana Humayon

Shabana Humayon, MPH Student. 

Shabana is a foreign medical graduate and MPH student at Stony brook University. She is the co-investigator for the program “Fit Families for Life” (Principal Investigator is Dr. Sharon Martino) and is also working as research assistant for the World Trade Center study. Her research interests are health disparities and community-based participatory research. Shabana’s favorite pastime is spending time with her family and exploring new places. Her future goals are to be part of an organization dealing with health disparities and governing policies to bring about pro-health change in the community. Shabana’s mentor is Dr. Sharon Martino.
