Dear Students,

As we near the end of the academic year I want to congratulate you all on your accomplishments so far in your time at Stony Brook as well as recognize your resilience over the last few months. It has been a difficult time on many fronts, but you should be proud of overcoming the many obstacles that you were faced with.

For those of you who will be graduating, a hearty congratulations to you. Your Stony Brook education will open many doors. Whether you are heading into your chosen fields, continuing your education, or just taking some time to re-evaluate, you are entering a world with new opportunities.

For those of you who are continuing with us either this Summer or Fall, feel confident that the faculty, staff, and administration is doing all it can to prepare for your safe return to campus when we are authorized to. We continue to receive guidance from the Governor and are following all guidelines provided to us by our local, state, and federal agencies.
