Have your transcript(s) sent from every college/university you have attended electronically or mailed to Stony Brook University, Office of Undergraduate Admissions, 118 Administration Building, Stony Brook, NY 11794-1901.

Transcript(s) must include completed or in-progress required prerequisites.

All outstanding prerequisite coursework must be posted on the official transcript(s) and your transcript(s) must be submitted and evaluated prior to the first day of classes.
