Mentoring Program

Congratulations to those matched in the 2015 CSS Mentorship Program! The theme of the CSS 12-month mentoring program is community engagement and population health. Mentees were selected from a competitive pool of applicants, and matched with mentors currently working on community-engaged research projects. The goals of the mentorship program are: 1) to encourage the capacity of mentees, including those from minority and marginalized groups, to conduct community development and community-engaged research projects that will reduce/eliminate health disparities; and 2) to assist emerging researchers and leaders to produce scholarly works such as collaborative projects, research proposals, and publications. Below you will find pictures and biographies of each of the chosen mentees and mentors.
